It is not possible to buy a home through a Home Loan without making a down payment. Lenders do not finance the entire property value—buyers are required to contribute a portion of the cost upfront, usually between 10% to 25%.

    Selling unused or underutilised assets, such as land, vehicles, or valuables, can help raise funds without impacting your financial stability. 
  • Use Annual Bonuses or Incentives 
    Set aside any performance bonuses, annual incentives, or commissions earned at work specifically for your down payment goal. 
  • Set Up a Dedicated Down Payment Fund
