How to Use Your Account: Steps to Login via Portal & App
Portal Login:
1. Visit the Portal: Click on ‘Login’ on the top right corner of our website and click ‘Customer’ from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter Your Credentials: Provide your registered email ID or mobile number/email. You can choose to log in using a password or receive an OTP on your registered mobile number or email for one-time access.
First-time users are encouraged to set up an MPIN for subsequent faster logins. Follow the prompts to complete this setup.
App Login:
1. Download and Install: Download and install the Bajaj Housing Finance app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open and Register: Launch the app and similar to the portal, enter your customer ID or registered mobile number/email. Choose to set up an MPIN or use existing login credentials. You can also login using your MPIN.
Managing Documents and Statements
Accessing Documents:
- Statement of Account:
1. Navigate to the ‘Request’ section in the portal and click on ‘Loan Statements’. Here, you can view and download your Statement of Account for the desired loan account.
2. Select the desired loan account on the App and click on e-Statements. You can view and download your document from here.
- Repayment Schedule:
1. Once you are logged in to the portal, you can go to ‘Loan Statements’ after clicking on ‘Request’ in the left hand section. The repayment schedule can be viewed or downloaded from the Loan Statement window.
2. Similar to ‘Statement of Account’, the Repayment Schedule can be downloaded from the e-statements section on the ‘Loan Details’ page.
- Interest Certificates:
1. These are vital for planning your financial year and tax submissions. Go to the ‘Loan Statements’ tab, select the document type you need, specify the year, and download the document from the portal.
2. You can also access it through the App from the ‘e-statements’ section on the ‘Loan Details’ page.
Payment Options
EMI Management:
- EMI Payment: Go to the ‘Payments’ section, select ‘Pay Now’, and enter your bank details to make an EMI payment.
Advanced Payment Features:
- Prepayments: To make a prepayment, visit the ‘Prepayment’ section, enter the amount you wish to pay, and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
- Part-Payments and Advance Payments: Similar to prepayments, part-payments can be made through the same section by specifying the amount that is less than the total loan outstanding.
Loan Management
Feature-Rich Loan Handling:
- Account Swapping for Repayment: If you need to change the bank account from which your EMI is deducted, go to ‘Account Settings’, select ‘Change Bank Details’, and follow the prompts to update your information.
- Adjusting EMI and Tenor: Modify your EMI or loan tenor by selecting ‘Loan Adjustment’ under the loan management tab. This feature allows for recalculating your EMI based on the new tenure or installment amount.

- Raising New SRs: From the dashboard, click on ‘Service Requests’, select ‘Create New’, and fill in the details of your request.
- Tracking SRs: Existing requests can be tracked in the ‘Service Requests’ section by selecting ‘Track My Request’.
