To complete your Home Loan application, you will need to submit supporting documents for the personal, employment, income​​,​​ and financial information you have mentioned on the form. The following is a checklist of the documents you must produce:

Mandatory Documents​​ PAN card​ or Form 60​​
​​​KYC Documents Recent photograph, Voter ID card, Aadhaar card, valid passport, valid driving license
​​​Proof of Income​​ ​​​3 months’ salary slips (for salaried and salaried professional applicants), P&L statement (for self-employed applicants), ITR (for self-employed applicants), and Statements of your primary account for the last 6 months (for all applicants)
​​​Business Proof​​ Proof of business vintage of 5 years or more (for self-employed and non-professional applicants)
​​​Property-related Documents​​ Title deed, Allotment letter, and Property tax receipts

Follow the steps given below to apply for a DIY Home Loan:

  1. Visit our DIY Home Loan page.
  2. In the Application form, select Customer and enter your mobile number.
  3. Once you enter your mobile number, click Send OTP to verify your mobile number.
  4. Fill in the OTP you receive in the respective field and click Submit.
  5. From the drop-down list, select the city in which your property is located.
  6. After entering the city, you can check your Home Loan eligibility, and select Check Eligibility.
  7. In the Loan Eligibility Form, enter all the required details and click Check Eligibility.
  8. If you already know your Home Loan eligibility, you can select Apply Now.
  9. In the Applicant Details Form, enter all the required details regarding the loan, property, reference, etc. Select Save & Proceed after filling in each form. Note: If you wish to save the application for later, select Save As Draft.
  10. Next, upload the required documents.
  11. Finally, you can review and submit the form.
