Step 1: Login to the BHFL Customer Portal with your registered contact information or your Customer ID (CIF). If you are a first-time user, you can register as a user and login to the portal.
Step 2: Select ‘Request’ from the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Click on ‘Manage Repayment Account’ from the menu options.
Step 4: Select the Loan Account Number you want to make the change for.
Step 5: Select your request type:
- ‘e-Mandate Registration’, if you would like to register a new mandate
- ‘Swap Repayment Bank’, if you would like to update your bank account for EMI payments
Step 6: Upload the required documents to support your request:
- A cancelled cheque with your name, account number, and IFSC code
- Mandate form, if your account is eligible is not eligible for eNACH services (the list of eligible banks is available on the page for your information)
