- Go to the IGR Maharashtra.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click on ‘New Entry’ to begin.
- Provide your mobile number, enter the OTP received, and fill in the CAPTCHA to proceed.
- Once entered, you will receive a refund token number. It is advisable to save this for tracking.
- Enter your personal information, address, bank account details, and complete details about the document, including whether it was registered or not.
- Clearly state the reason for claiming a refund (e.g., unused stamp paper, cancellation, or errors).
