Apply for Pending Mutation Using Bhu Bharati

If you’ve recently completed a property transaction and need to update ownership records, the Bhu Bharati portal offers a streamlined process to apply for pending mutation online. Follow the steps below to complete your application smoothly. 

1. Visit the official website of Bhu Bharati. 
2. If you're a new user, click ‘Sign up’ and complete the registration. 
3. If already registered, log in using your mobile number and password. 
4. Enter the CAPTCHA and then click ‘Get OTP’. 
5. Once logged in, go to the ‘Mutation’ tab on the ‘Citizen Dashboard’ and click ‘Application for Pending Mutation’. 
6. Review the application flow and click ‘Proceed’. 
7. If you have a passbook number, select ‘Yes’, enter it and click on ‘Fetch’. Seller details will be auto-filled. 
8. Select the survey number, enter the extent purchased, and input the registered document details. 
9. If you don’t have the passbook number, click in ‘Add Buyer’ and manually enter the buyer information. 
10. Confirm all details, check the declaration boxes, and click ‘Submit’. 
11. An Application Number will be generated for tracking. 
12. Click on ‘Make Payment’, accept the terms and conditions, and proceed to the payment gateway. 
13. Complete the payment online. 
14. Return to the Dashboard and click Proceed for eKYC. 
15. Confirm the request to send eKYC to Mee Seva. 
16. Once sent, your application will be marked pending at Mee Seva for KYC capture.
