Senior Citizens – Investor Support
As part of the initiative, our RTA, in order to enhance investor experience for Senior Citizens, a Senior Citizens investor cell has been newly formed to assist exclusively the Senior Citizens in redressing their grievances, complaints and queries.
The special cell closely monitors the complaints coming from Senior Citizens through this channel and handholds them at every stage of the service request till closure of the grievance.
Senior Citizens wishing to avail this service can send the communication with the below details to the email id, senior.citizen@kfintech.com and copy to bhflinvestor.service@bajajhousing.co.in. Senior Citizens (above 60 years of age) must provide the following details:
1. ID proof showing Date of Birth;
2. Folio Number;
3. Company Name;
4. Nature of Grievance.
