1. How to use Pharmacy Voucher?

Member needs to walk in to Apollo pharmacy, and redeem voucher against medicine order.For Non- Apollo pharmacy location members can redeem the Netmed voucher online.

2. How to use dental care voucher?

Members can call vHealth Help Desk No. 18001034466 between 8 AM to 8 PM all days (except national holidays) where an appointment request will be taken by the Customer Service Executive, who would suggest the nearest center to member's location. The appointment time is communicated to the member, upon being fixed.

3. How to use the vHealth network?

There are 16500+ vHealth empaneled centers spread across 38 cities, which can be used for value added services (VAS), to get discounts on medicines, diagnostics and other treatments.

4. How do I find the centers on vHealth network?

You may choose to visit our website where you can locate any center on vHealth’s panel with the help of a map. Simultaneously, you can call our help desk number and our team will be more than happy to help you.

5. How long can these benefits be utilized?

All these benefits are available for a period of 12 months, post which this package will be available for renewal.

6. Is there a tax benefit associated with the product for Tata Capital Customers?

vHealth members can claim deduction to the extent of Rs. 5,000/- or the Plan Amount paid (whichever is lower) for Preventive Health Check-up under the amendment to Section 80D of the Income Tax Act, 1961 by the Finance Act, 2012.

7. Is there a relationship restriction for additional Member Enrolment?

You may add additional family members, including siblings, other than primary member in the membership plan as per the plan feature.

9. How many tele-consultations can a customer use in 1 year and what are the timings of to avail this service?

Members can avail unlimited tele-consultation services, which are available on all days (except national holidays) between 8AM and 8 PM.

10. Does age or medical history play a role for eligibility to apply for the membership?

Our products are meant for all age group and there is no restriction related to health. You are entitled to enroll and avail vHealth benefits irrespective of your health condition, age or gender.

11. How do I utilize tele-consultation facility?

Members need to call the vHealth Help Desk No. at 18001034466 between 8 AM to 8 PM on all days, except for national holidays. As per the timing, clients will either be connected to vHealth’s Swiss-certified doctor or the network doctor. The member (caller) must be at least 18 years of age to utilize this benefit.

12. How to use Comprehensive Health Check Voucher?

Members can call the vHealth Help Desk No. 18001034466 between 8 AM to 8 PM on all days (except national holidays). The Customer Service Executive will ask for your preferred timings and the location for collection of samples, after which the appointment request would be taken ahead.
