MP Bhulekh – Madhya Pradesh Land Record Portal

The launch of the online land record portal, MP Bhulekh, was a part of the Central Government’s Digital India initiative. From the ownership pattern to rights of land, productive potential of the land, etc., all the information can be obtained from this website.

What is Khasra?

The land and revenue department issues a document that consists of land and crop details of a particular piece of land and is known as Khasra. Other than the above-mentioned information, you can also find the survey number, land revenue, area, address details, etc., in this record. To assign Khasra numbers to every land area of a particular village, Shajra is used to display the entire map of the specified village.

What is Khatauni?

Khatauni is a document that comprises all the Khasra records and also provides information regarding a group of land cultivators, including the areas they cultivate. In this legal document, you will find the Khasra and Khata number, name of the landowner and his father, year-wise ownership change details, etc.
