Step 1: Visit the Telangana Registration and Stamp Department’s official
portal and complete the login process.
Step 2: Under the ‘Online Services’ tab, find the ‘Encumbrance Certificate’
Step 3: Go through the disclaimer and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4: Next, select the ‘Document Number’ option under ‘Search Criteria’, and
enter the document number.
Step 5: Submit the details of registration year and ‘Registered at SRO’, click
on ‘Submit’ to proceed further.
Step 6: Click on ‘Submit’.
