The Haryana Urban Development Authority, now popular as the HUDA, has been launched to allot plots to individuals belonging to various income categories in urban Haryana.
Per this scheme, plots are planned to be rolled out for commercial and residential purposes in new sectors of Haryana.
To avail of the benefits of the Huda Affordable Housing Scheme, you will have to register on the HUDA website and pay a nominal fee. Once registered, your selection is going to be based on a lottery. If selected, you will be required to pay up to 25% of the Huda
Affordable Housing Scheme plot cost within 30 days of property registration and the remaining within 180 days of successful allotment.
